There is an all-Norwegian team of project managers, property developers and investors behind the La Mata Plaza project. The group has extensive experience with housing projects, both in
Norway and Spain. The project is managed from the Smart Quality Homes office, which is located on the same street, only 100 meters from La Mata Plaza.

The office also functions as a sales office. Here you will meet Runar and Christian, who both live locally in La Mata, and who have the main responsibility for the project execution and sales. You will be assisted all the way.
